AP Jagananna Sampoorna Gruha Hakku Scheme 2024
On 21st December 2021, the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jagan Mohan Reddy launched Jagananna Sampoorna Gruha Hakku Scheme 2024. Through this scheme, the Government of Andhra Pradesh is going to waive off all the loans and their interest on the government-sanctioned houses and provide beneficiaries full rights over their property. For availing of the benefit of this scheme the beneficiaries are required to make a payment of the nominal amount. The announcement to launch this scheme was made by the Chief Minister at a function at Tanuku in West Godavari district. Over 5.2 million families will be benefited from this scheme. The government is going to provide a registered title deed on payment of a nominal amount under a one-time settlement plan. Beneficiaries will also be provided with registration documents.

- The government has been spending Rs 6000 crores for free registration alone under this scheme
- In order to avail of the benefit of the scheme, the beneficiaries require to pay a nominal amount of Rs 10000 in villages, Rs 15000 in the municipality, and Rs 20000 in Municipal corporations.
- If the loan amount is less than the stipulated amount then the beneficiaries can pay the outstanding loan amount and can get the rights to their property.
- Beneficiaries can register under this scheme till April 2022.
