MAARG Portal – A call for applications from startup companies to register on the maarg.startupindia.gov.in Portal, which is being referred to as the National Mentorship Platform by Startup India, has been issued by the Department for the Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), which is housed within the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. A call for applications from startup companies to register on the MAARG portal, which is being referred to as the National Mentorship Platform by Startup India, has been issued by the Department for the Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), which is housed within the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. India has approximately 82,000+ DPIIT-recognized businesses and 107 unicorns. Currently ranked as the third largest startup ecosystem in the world, the objective of Startup India is to catalyze the startup culture and build a robust and inclusive ecosystem for innovation and entrepreneurship in India. This will allow India to improve its current position as the third-largest startup ecosystem in the world. In this context, the Mentorship, Advisory, Assistance, Resilience, and Growth (MAARG) portal is a one-stop platform that facilitates mentorship for startups across a wide variety of industries, functions, stages, locations, and demographics.

MAARG Portal Operational

The MAARG Portal is being made functional in three stages at the moment:

  1. Introduction to Phase I: Mentors

Launched and carried out without a hitch, more than 400 experienced advisors from a variety of fields have been onboarded.

2. The Onboarding Phase for New Businesses

As of November 14, 2022, DPIIT will begin facilitating the onboarding of new businesses through the MAARG Portal.

3. Phase III: Launch of the MAARG Portal and Mentor Matchmaking

How to Register on MAARG Portal

  • On the homepage click on Startup Application.
  • Click on the right side of the page Create Account.

  • A new page will appear.
  • The new form will appear.
  • Enter all details asked on the form such as Name, email, mobile, and password, and click on the register button.

Register on MAARG Mentor Application

  • Visit the official website of the portal.
  • The homepage will load for you.
  • Click on “Mentor Application” at the top of the homepage.
  • Create an account by clicking the button on the right side of the page.
  • There will be a transition to a new page.
  • The updated form will be displayed.
  • Fill out the form with all of the requested information, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, and password, and then click the “register” button.

How to Login on MAARG Portal

  • Visit the official website of the portal.
  • The homepage will appear.
  • On the homepage click on Startup Application
  • A username and Password will appear.
  • Enter details and click login and you will be successfully logged in.
  • You can also log in through google by just clicking on the google icon and adding your google account details and you will be logged in.
