CIDCO Lottery – Maharashtra government has been working very hard for the upliftment of the underprivileged category of the state. This time, the government has come up with a scheme called CIDCO Lottery 2023 in which flats will be given to the citizens of the state on a lottery basis. CIDCO Lottery 2024
In the Taloja node of Navi Mumbai a mass housing scheme of 5730 tenements was launched by the city and industrial development Corporation on 27 January 2022. The minister of Maharashtra urban development Eknath Shinde had said that the Cidco housing scheme is gaining popularity due to its quality construction, affordable rates, and transparent online processing. From 26 January 2022 online applications and registrations for mass housing schemes have been opened on the official website. All the citizens from economically weaker sections in the general category can apply for this mass housing scheme.
Out of 5730 tenements, 1524 are available under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for the economically weaker section and the remaining 4206 are available for people who belong to the general category. The economically weaker section applicants are eligible for a grant of Rs.2.5 lakh.
21st Sept Update – 171 tenements available for lottery in NAINA
A new housing program for the Low Income Group (LIG) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) has been launched by the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) in the Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area (NAINA) in anticipation of the holiday season. Under the plan, up to 171 tenements will be made available. The remaining 7 units have been set aside for EWS, while 164 tenements will be made available to LIG.
The online registration for the scheme will start from September 21 to September 29. The online applications will be processed from September 29 to October 18 and the online payment will start from September 29 to October 19. The lottery draw’s initial list of accepted applicants will be released on November 2, while the complete list of accepted applicants will be released on November 4. On November 8 at Cidco Bhavan, there will be a computerized lottery draw for the programme.
